Thank you for shopping with our paint store. We aim to deliver your paint products quickly, safely, and efficiently.

Processing Time

Orders once received are taken into production & processing immediately. 

Custom-tinted or special-order paints may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.

We currently ship nationwide.

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Local Delivery / Pickup

Local delivery is available within select areas.

Store pickup orders will be ready within the specified time frame. You’ll receive an email once your order is ready for pickup.

Shipping Restrictions

 We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Damaged 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Lost Packages

if order does not arrive in 15 days from placing order, kindly inform us.
